PWW, as you can see from the section About Us, started as a small local non-profit and has been growing rapidly ever after until now we are seeking to expand our Board to a more national orientation and operating under a committee structure.  We have groups of PWW supporters in different locations throughout the US that have sprung up from the Rotary Clubs that have supported projects.  PWW is looking to expand those groups so that they can promote PWW and our mission.  In addition, we function under a committee structure designed to accomplish tasks and functions in much that same way that a profit based corporation would have departments with employees.  Our existing standing committees consist of a Development, Marketing, Personnel, Technical, and Rotary Outreach Committees with various project oriented committees to complete a designated task.
